Cornelia J. Shipley is an executive coach and strategy consultant with 20 years experience in corporate America. Ms. Shipley began her career in Sales and Sales Training and Development with The Procter & Gamble Company. While at P&G she developed key management and strategic planning skills she uses with clients today.
After receiving her MBA in Management Consulting and Strategy, Ms. Shipley made a career change and worked as a Human Resource Professional for both Raytheon Company and General Mills supporting Supply Chain, Corporate Engineering, and Corporate HR.
In 2006, Ms. Shipley founded 3C Consulting LLC, a Human Capital Management firm specializing in Executive Coaching and Strategic Planning. Kathy Igoe – Executive Coach/Consultant
Kathy J.R. Igoe is an entrepreneur and certified Integral Coach®. Ms. Igoe’s interest and skill for coaching developed organically from counseling employees, direct reports, peers in management, and company executives for 20 years in corporate America. Ms. Igoe served as a human resource professional and manager for companies including GTE Corporation, Budget Rent-a-Car, MascoTech-Braun, and Compuware Corporation where she also served as the Secretary to the Benefit Plans Executive Committee.
Ms. Igoe founded her coaching practice in 2006, now doing business as Integral Life Designs, LLC: Coaching for Enrichment in Career and Everyday Life. She is certified through New Ventures West as a professional Integral Coach®, and holds the International Coach Federation ACC Credential. Lyn Allen – Executive Coach/Coach Trainer
Lyn Allen is a culture transformation specialist and executive coach with over 35 years experience in human development. After an initial career in counseling, she transitioned to Fortune 200 corporate America in a Human Resources Generalist function with a Levi Strauss and Co. facility start up. While there, her early passion for supporting others with being their best, was further developed through an introduction to coaching in the early 1980’s as part of a corporate culture shift.
Ms. Allen’s later corporate career segued into the natural gas industry with Arkla Gas, the nation’s (then) third largest distributor and seventh largest transporter of natural gas. While there, she progressed from support and training functions to become the first female in the company’s history to be promoted into management within the IT division. Her functions included managing the implementation of decentralized information technology, with responsibilities for end user computing in a seven state area, overseeing a team of internal consultants, technicians, trainers and programmers, and coordinating their efforts with the conventional IT functions and professionals.
Ms. Allen concluded her corporate career with Arkla Gas, in a Project Administrator function on a $90,000,000 gas information system project, where she liaised with contract staff providers and employees on a global basis to meet staffing requirements in leading edge technologies. While in this function, she accurately predicted and addressed the long term effects of stress to minimize project losses due to errors and lost time. Additionally, she wrote and produced video-based orientation for an end user population spanning all levels within the corporation.
After leaving the corporate sector, Ms. Allen entered the coaching field, joining the original faculty and advisory board for CoachU, a leading developer of coaches globally. Currently a Senior Trainer and Professional Mentor Coach for CoachU, Ms. Allen has also served as the initial Faculty Director, and as a co-creator of the original curriculum.
A pioneer in the coaching profession, Ms. Allen has been a member of the International Coaching Federation since 1995, and has held the prestigious Master Certified Coach designation, presently held by fewer than 700 coaches worldwide, since 1998. As an active member of the ICF credentialing assessor team, Ms. Allen is also approved to administer the ICF certification exam at all levels of credentialing.
Ms. Allen leads her own coach training workshops and tele-seminars and is noted by clients worldwide for her ability to inspire and support sustainable change.

Milton Fletcher – Executive Coach/Consultant
Milton E. Fletcher is an executive, career, and leadership coach with over 30 years of experience in and out of corporate America. Mr. Fletcher began his career in human resources with General Motors Corporation, and held a variety of positions, which increased in responsibility until his retirement in 2005.
While working for General Motors Corporation, Mr. Fletcher obtained a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, and utilized the degree to continue his work with GM in the areas of change management and organizational development.
In 2006, Mr. Fletcher founded Great Minds Incorporated, a coaching and consulting firm specializing in leadership coaching of middle managers and executives in the growth and development of their careers as well as assisting organizations in maximizing their people resources.
Mr. Fletcher is an Adjunct Professor at Spring Arbor University in Michigan where he teaches courses in Leadership, Negotiations, Human Resources Development and Strategic Management. Mr. Fletcher is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is Immediate Past President (2010) of the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan (PCAM), his local ICF chapter.
Mr. Fletcher is most proud of his coaching work in the Emerging Leaders Program where he works with leaders in his home state of Louisiana to rebuild their communities post hurricane’s Katrina and Rita.

Nancy Matthias – Executive Coach/Consultant
Nancy Mathias, MS ACC is an executive coach and business consultant in private practice with over 24 year’s corporate experience covering research, development and organizational work with two Fortune 500 companies. Her coaching and consulting experience comprises individuals, teams, and organizations with for-profit and non-profit organizations where she has delivered individual and group coaching programs, workshops and whole group events. While first with Warmer Lambert/Parke Davis Pharmaceutical Research & Development and then Pfizer Global Research & Development, she honed her research and management skill discovering new compounds, running multimillion-dollar clinical research projects, and leading global cross functional teams.
Ms. Mathias founded Focus Leadership Development LLC in 2006 and Community Catalyst Group in 2010, each with specific emphasis but both dedicated to building human and community capacity through coaching & organizational development programs and services and also providing strategic visioning and planning consultation. Ms. Mathias is an Adjunct Professor with AT Still University, a Business Coach and Mentor with Ann Arbor SPARK, and the Great Lakes Entrepreneurs Quest (GLEQ).
